(1) In the course of inspection or investigation in accordance with section 17, if it is found that the institution has taken any of the following actions, the bank may give instructions to improve or make a specific provision in relation to any work done by the institution within a certain period of time:-(a) This Act (b) has taken any action that is detrimental to savers and borrowers, (c) has not kept his books, accounts or documents in a proper manner, (d) has not followed the conditions and instructions given by the bank, (e) the funds of the institution embezzled or embezzled money used in activities contrary to the purpose of this Act, (f) not providing the details, statistics or documents requested in accordance with this Act. And it will be the duty of the concerned organization to comply with such instructions.
